Monday, May 9, 2011 – Shalom and Welcome Home!
Arrive at Ben Gurion Airport (17:20) and meet your tour educators
Head to Yemin Orde for dinner and Independence celebrations (pending confirmation).
Overnight: Kibbutz Ramat Hashofet

Tuesday, May 10, 2011 – Yom Ha'atzmaut
Visit Mt the Carmel Mountain area and Druze village of Ossafiyah for lunch and traditional Druze hospitality, Continue for a short hike of one of Jordan River tributaries – at Tel Dan. Drive to the Mount Bental viewpoint and view deep into Syria and the ghost town of Kuneitra.
Overnight: Kibbutz Hokuk

Wednesday, May 11, 2011 – Adventurous Kabbalah
In the morning visit Manara Cliffs and ascend by Cable Car to view the region. Enjoy a mountain rail adventure down the cliff.
Enjoy water activities by the Jordan River. Zip lining into the River. Walk the rope bridges and enjoy a kayaking adventure. End your adventure with a Pizza party lunch
Head to Tzfat, city of Mystical Judaism (Kabbalah) and explore its narrow alleyways lined with ancient synagogues and artist’s galleries
Overnight: Kibbutz Hokuk

Thursday, May 12, 2011 – Ascent
Enjoy a swim at the Sachne springs
Ascend to Jerusalem, Pause at a vantage point to say Shehehianu
Visit to the Western Wall and check in the Hotel.

Friday, May 13, 2011 – The City of Peace
Enter the Old City via Zion Gate and explore the Jewish Quarter including the Cardo (an 1800 year-old shopping mall, where you can still shop today) and the Broad Wall, visit Mt. Zion. Visit the Tomb of King David – the founder of Jerusalem. Descend the Western Hill to the City of David and walk through Hezekiah’s Tunnel.

Saturday, May 14, 2011 – Shabbat in the Jerusalem Hills
Shabbat services at Yad Kennedy (on your own).
Visit of the Israel Museum to view the model of Jerusalem from the Second Temple Period and the Dead Sea Scrolls, view the Knesset and the Menorah,
And after lunch hike “The springs path” from Hirbet Se’adim” through Ein Handak to the Sataf Springs and learn about Biblical Agriculture.
Havdallah ceremony.
In the evening stroll Ben Yehuda Pedestrian Street, and visit the Kotel Tunnel (pending confirmation)

Sunday, May 15, 2011 – Remembrance
Start the day at Yad Vashem, Holocaust Memorial site
Continue to Mount Herzl to see the graves of Herzl, Golda Meir, Yitzhak Rabin and other Zionist luminaries as well as graves of Fallen Israeli Soldiers.
In the afternoon take a ride on the Time Elevator – a hi-tech extravaganza to discover more of Jerusalem’s 3000 years of history and see the light and sound show at David Citadel (pending confirmation)
Drive south and check in to your Hotel Guest House

Monday, May 16, 2011 – Dig the Past and "Fly" the Future
Drive south for a hands-on archeological experience in Beit Guvrin and tour the
Visit to the Air force Museum at Hazerim. Continue south and reach to Eilat.
In the evening stroll along the beach promenade covered with shopping carts

Tuesday, May 17, 2011 – Eilat of Joy
Start the day with a visit to the Underwater Observatory
Continue with a snorkeling adventure on a coral reef.

Wednesday, May 18, 2011 – Desert Wonders
Depart Eilat and head to the Ramon Crater to view and appreciate this unique geological formation. After a hiking at Ein Avdat, Enjoy a visit at a Bedouin encampment for a camel trek and enjoy a Bedouin Hafla (feast)

Thursday, May 19, 2011 – Masada Rocks
Pre dawn ascent to Masada via the Roman Ramp in time to see the sunrise.
Tour the palatial fortress and descend via the Snake Path. Enjoy a chance to swim (float) in the Dead Sea, visit to Ein-Gedi natural reserve (time permitting) and head to Tel Aviv, the city that never sleeps.

Friday, May 20, 2011 – Romans in the City that Never Sleeps
Start the morning touring the ancient city of Caesarea – check out the acoustics in the ancient Roman Theatre and the mysterious waterless moat of the Crusader Fortress.
Return to Tel Aviv to explore the many facets of this Hebrew-speaking metropolis: the arts and crafts fair on Nahalat Binyamin Street, trendy Shenkin Street (Tel Aviv’s answer to New York’s Soho) and the colorful Carmel Market.

Sunday, May 22, 2011 – Hidden Secrets and Tikun Olam
Start the day at Independence Hall, where the State of Israel was born.
Depart Tel Aviv and travel to Ayalon Institute, a secret underground ammunition plant, used to produce bullets during the British Mandate.
Continue to Tikun Olam activity of Table-to-Table where you will collect fruits and vegetables left in the field after the harvest. By this activity you exercise the Mitzvah of Leket, Shichecha U'Pea.
Return to Tel Aviv and in the evening enjoy a walking tour of Old Jaffa to hear about Napoleon, Andromeda and Jonah and the whale, and walk through the narrow alleys of Neve Tzedek, where it all started.

Monday, May 23, 2011- Leaving a Mark!
Join the Palmach – the elite force of the pre-statehood army, the Hagana by visiting the interactive Palmach Museum. You’ll think you have traveled back in time. (Pending confirmation)

Drive to Neot Kedumim Biblical Garden and spend time planting a tree helping renewing the ancient forests once common in Israel.
After farewell dinner and closing session, depart for Ben Gurion airport for late night departure for the U S.
