Start the day with a tour to the Jewish "Ghetto", the Jewish Quarter, For a visit to the Great Synagogue and the Jewish Museum
Continue the day with a tour to Piazza Navona And the Pantheon.

Shabbat Services
Step back into ancient Rome with a visit to the Coliseum, and the Roman Forum.
Stop at the Arch of Titus for a special ceremony
Continue to view the Baths of Septimus Severus.
Then look down on ruins of the Circus Maximus, where chariot races were held.

Depart to the airport for your flight to Israel

03:20 Early morning Shalom and welcome to Israel
Arrive at Ben Gurion Airport
Ascend to Jerusalem, recite the Shehehianu at a vantage point overlooking the Old City
Visit the Holyland Model to better understand how Jerusalem looked during the Second Temple period.
Continue to Mt. Zion and the Tomb of King David, founder of Jerusalem, The City of Peace.
Enter the Old City through Zion Gate following the Warriors of the War of Independence and Six-Day War. View the Broad Wall and view the Southern Wall Excavations and the steps leading up to the Temple Mount.
Enjoy a spiritual visit to the Western Wall
Overnight: Jerusalem

Monday, February 21st
8:00 Morning davening
Depart Jerusalem and head north to Megiddo, site of the Kings of Israel during the First Temple period who had dug a unique water supply system.
Follow the Sanhedrin to Tzippori and visit the site of the Synagogue and the Jewish Quarter as well as the extraordinary Roman Villas mosaics.
Drive to Naharia to meet with your Partnership 2000 students for ice breaking activities
4.00 - 6:30 PM Arrival to "Amal" High School, Nahariya, "Ice Breaker - Getting to know each other" and the cultural differences Moderator: Bill Frankel "Israel experts - Initiatives in Education"
6:30 - 7.30 PM Pizza Party (Dinner) + establishing joint party committee
7:30PM Home hospitality, pick up from the School (two children in a house)

Tuesday, February 22nd
8.00 - 8.30 AM "Shacharit" at the "Amal" School.
8.30 - 10.30 AM "Jewish Identity" activity - Moderator: Bill Frankel.
10.45 - 1.00 PM Visit at the Ghetto Fighters House Museum + "Yad Layeled" Museum.
1.00 - 2.00 PM Lunch at the Ghetto Fighters House
2.00 - 6.30 PM Community work
6:45 - 9:00 PM Home hospitality - Dairy Dinner
9.30- 00.00 AM Rosh Hanikra grottos at night

Wednesday, February 23rd

8.45 - 7:30 PM Day trip in the Galilee:
9:00 - 1:00 PM Nature hike: See the cyclamen blossom at mount Meron
Enjoy a Galilee lunch at Biria forest. Visit the old synagogue in Bar'am
Zfat city tour - enjoy the galleries and synagogues at the city of Jewish mysticism
1:00 - 7:30 PM Outbound program of fun and challenging activities.
Return to Naharia
8.00 PM Joint catered dinner
9:00 PM Party

Drive to Tel Aviv for a city tour
Step back in history with a visit to Independence Hall
Have a hand on experience with the past as you participate in an archeological dig
Explore the Bar Kochva caves at Beit Guvrin
Head south into the desert for a camel trek
Then a Bedouin Hafla (feast)
Overnight: In a Bedouin Tent or Arad (Weather permitting)

Ascend Massada via the Roman Ramp
Tour the site and hear about how this last stronghold held by the Jewish Zealots in their revolt against the Romans. Head to Ein Gedi, a desert oasis for a hike to the waterfall
Enjoy a chance to swim (float) in the Dead Sea
Witness Jerusalem prepare for Shabbat, Kabbalat Shabbat
Overnight: Jerusalem (near conservative synagogue)

Stroll through the new neighborhoods of Jerusalem.

8:00 Morning prayers at the hotel

9:30 Visit Mt. Hertzl, the national cemetery where many dignitaries are burried such as Theordore Herzle and Yitzchak Rabin, former Prime Minister of IsraelPrime Minister of Israel
10:30 Continue to Yad Vashem, the Memorial to the 6 Million Martyrs of the Holocaust
12:30 View the Knesset and the Menorah
14:00 Lunch at the hotel
14:30 - 18:00 Time for rest & pack
18:00 Closing session
19:30 Depart the hotel for dinner at the famous pedestrian mall on Ben Yehuda Street.
