Dear Tucson Hebrew Academy Families,
Tucson Hebrew Academy has realized its dream of connection. Our Judaic studies connect our students to their ancestors and culture. Our rich heritage comes to life on the cobbled streets of Jerusalem to the mighty fortress of Masada. For two weeks our children will see Israel through their own eyes as well as the eyes of their Israeli peers in our sister city, Kiryat Milachi. Rabbi Billy and I have worked with Oranim to create an itinerary that will be an exciting mix of Judaic and secular activities. From the Kinneret, the Golan Heights and the mystical city of Safed in the north to modern Tel Aviv and the ancient alleyways of the old city of Jerusalem, to a Bedouin feast in the desert near the Dead Sea we will live the Israeli experience.
Follow our itinerary, see your children on this website, and feel the excitement that is Israel, the land of or Matriarchs and Patriarchs as it comes alive for the 2004 graduating class of Tucson Hebrew Academy.

Two months ago the El Paso Jewish Academy Israel trip was only a dream,
but thanks to the hard work and dedication of the El Paso community and
Oranim, this dream is today a reality. Students who have been reading and
speaking the Hebrew language, studying the Bible, and learning about Israel
for the past eight years will be able to return home to explore their Jewish
homeland. During two weeks in Israel, EPJA students will walk in the
footsteps of their ancestors who lived over 2,000 years ago.
Watch your children as they experience their history unfolding before
them. Oranim has planned an exciting tour for our students and we hope you
will follow our itinerary as we embark on our journey in Eretz Yisrael.
