Start the day with a walking tour to the David Citadel museum. View the Old city from top of Fazael Tower. Continue to visit the model of Jerusalem as it was in the Second Temple Period and the 19th Century model (It is very important to visit the site before entering the city for it provides a better understanding once inside the city)
Walk the Old City Wall Promenade from Jaffa Gate to Zion Gate. Then head to Mt Zion, view the Old City and visit King David's tomb founder of the city. Enter the Jewish Quarter through the Zion Gate as generations of Jewish Warriors have.
Explore the Jewish Quarter taking in highlights such as the Cardo, the Broad Wall and the Hurva Synagogue. A spiritual visit to the Western Wall
Prepare for Shabbat. Kabbalat Shabbat
Festive Shabbat Dinner and Shabbat programs

Drive to Tel Azeka and view the battlefield where David fought Goliath.

Depart Jerusalem
View the Kastel and to learn about the Battle for Jerusalem in 1948
Then to the Armored Corps Memorial and Museum at Latrun
Head north to Atlit where the British held illegal Olim during the Mandate
Visit the Druze village of Ossfia and enjoy a special Druze hospitality and lunch
Time permitting pause at the site where Elijah smote the false prophets of the Ba'al
After lunch drive north to visit the Sea Grottos at Rosh Hanikra
Onward to Haifa for a view of the city from atop Mt Carmel
This evening participate in a Memorial Ceremony on an Israeli Navy Base
After the ceremony travel to Tel Aviv

Start the day at Independence Hall, where you will relive the Birth of the State of Israel.
11:00 join a local school in their Memorial Day Ceremony
Enjoy a walking tour of Old Jaffa rife with stories of Andromeda, Napoleon and Jonah and the Whale.
Follow the development of Tel Aviv starting from the Neve Zedek neighborhood
Pause at Rabin Square to speak of peace
Continue to the Azrieli Center and view of Tel Aviv from above.
In the evening join the celebrations of Yom Ha'atzmaut (Independence Day)

Make your way to the Gilboa Mountain for a short hike down the Mountain and experience the last battle of King Saul with the Philistines.
Visit an Israeli Military base open to the public on the Day of Independence
Relax at the Sachne and visit the Kangaroo Park.
Continue to visit the reconstructed Roman City of Beit Shean.
Head to a Kibbutz on the Sea of Galilee

Head to the Manara Cliffs to ride the cable car up to the top – and chose your way down: Hiking, rappelling and more.
Then ascend to the Golan Heights to view deep into Syria
Visit the Talmudic Synagogue in Katzrin.
Enjoy a nature hike on the Golan
Then to Mitzpe Gadot to view the Hula Valley and to speak of the Israeli master spy, Eli Cohen.
Weather and time permitting; enjoy a swim in the Sea of Galilee

Start the day with a donkey ride on the Arbel cliffs. Hike down the cliffs.
Continue for a Kayaking adventure down the Jordan River.

Early morning depart Tzfat for a long distance drive. Continue the day with a "hands on" experience with the past as you participate in an Archeological Dig. Explore the unique Bell Caves in Beit Guvrin including the Columbarium - all carved from stone.
Head south into the desert for a camel trek followed by a Bedouin Hafla (feast).
