Dear Y2I Teens and Parents,

Welcome to the Robert I. Lappin Youth to Israel Adventure (Y2I)! Plans are well underway to make Y2I 2007 the adventure of a lifetime! We are thrilled you joined the program and we are looking forward to the year ahead.

Y2I is full of adventure for you—new friends, exciting pre-trip programs, and an unbelievable trip to Israel. Click on the itinerary and you will see the route of our trip. When you go “home” to Israel, you will visit ancient sites, walk in the footsteps of our ancestors, explore new and exciting places, and meet your Jewish family.

We are sure that this trip to Israel will make you feel proud of being Jewish. Within days of arriving in Israel, you will see what a special and unique country Israel is. Israel is a shining star to the world, a light unto the nations. Israel is a country of progress, whose talented and caring people make Israel a country unlike any other. Israel is your homeland, and we are excited to take you home for a visit.

We hope you will make the most of your Y2I adventure by taking full advantage of the wonderful opportunities awaiting you. Much more information will be available on these pages in the months leading up to the trip. When the teens are in Israel, we hope parents will visit the website daily for updates and pictures.
